After a good vintage in 2012, we made a wine whit a shorter ageing process.

Tramp, a stray, has become a faithful watchdog and friend.

2012               

Final blend : Syrah 50 % , Grenache 30 % , Mouvedre 10% , Cabernet Sauvignon 6 % , Marcelan 4 % . 

Fermentation : In fibre–glass tanks with frequents pump-over .8-12 days maceration. Malolactic fermentation in barrels . 

Aged : 9 months in 1.000 l French oak foudre and 300l second wine barrels . 

Racking : one to four depents the wine and grape . . 

We bottled : Second week of setember 2013 . 

Total number of bottles : 6.950 in 0,75 l. and 309 Magnum in 1,5 l. 

º Alcohol : 14,65 º. 

Tartaric acidity : 5,35 g/l. 

Ph : 3,55. 

Residual sugars : 0,57 g/l. 

Volatile acidity : 0,51 g/l. 

Free sulphur  : 18 mg/l. 

Total  Sulphur : 56 mg/l.
